Our Philosophy

DR Formwork is a frontrunner in the formwork industry. From humble beginnings in 2003 and fast forward to the present, we now manage multi storey high rises, large commercial buildings and most importantly, where you like to be tucked in at night, your home! Our leading team of professionals combined have an array of experience.

The wellbeing and safety of our DR crew are paramount to us. Any form of harassment is not tolerated on any of our sites. We ensure every member of our team is treated with respect regardless of the colour of their skin, sexual preference, race or religious beliefs. DR operates like a close knit family and we believe this philosophy has proved successful for our team.

Over the years we have participated in a variety of community events. These range from NSW Workplace in Schools Programme to sponsorship of local sporting clubs to donations at major fundraising events.

Dory Bejjani

Co-Founder & Director

Dory has over 20 years of experience in the building industry starting from a very young age. He has worked for various companies over his years prior to the formation of DR Formwork. He has established an excellent rapport amongst his colleagues and clients in the industry.

Romeo Sabbagh

Co-Founder & Director

Romeo has over 20 years experience in the industry starting from a very young age. He has gained a tremendous amount of knowledge which ranks him as a true leader amongst competitors. Romeo is known for pushing the boundaries and runs on a high amount of adrenaline to get the job done!

Robert Azzam

Site Manager

Robert developed his skills within the DR family at the tender age of 18. He has developed an excellent understanding of how we operate on a day to day basis and knows the importance of productivity in managing a site. On days when Robert isn’t running around from site to site, he winds down by hitting drums in his spare time.

Danny Nakhle

Site Foreman

Danny is key player within the DR family. He is an absolute asset in managing the day to day logistics and knows that time is of the essence. However, he does need to be reminded from time to time to leave his ever growing number of huskies at home during the winter months!

Raymond Yu

Quantity Estimator/Company PA

We rely heavily on Raymond to get our estimating completed. He is involved the day to day operations of our company. Extra Bonus: He is always willing to get his hands dirty when his office chores are completed!
